Payments, Fees & Refunds (If Applicable)

Payments for services are to be made in person or via bank transfer. Property management fees are payable on the same day each week as agreed in your management agreement. If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, we welcome your feedback so we can address the issue promptly. Refunds are not offered for general real estate services unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to Terms — we may update the T&Cs at any time.

Arrears & Emergency Repairs Policy

Tenants will be contacted via email and sms when they are in arrears and given notices when they are required. If tenants order emergency repairs and the tradesperson deems it "Not Emergency" the tenant will be liable for the call out fee portion only.
